Jesse and Clara (Perkins) Hoisington

Jesse Hoisington, born in 1824 in Ohio, faced early loss and worked on farms. He married Almira Drake and had several children before her death. Later, he wed Clara Perkins, raising her children too. A Civil War veteran, he moved to Kansas and passed away in 1894. Clara died in 1916 from an accident.
